As individuals, both women and men are subconsciously taught to view their bodies as objects of desire. This societal programming sets the stage for a struggle with self-love and compassion. The reflection we see in the mirror becomes a battleground between our authentic selves and the ideals we've internalised. Honesty is a bridge, connecting me to my authentic self and dismantling the facade constructed by societal expectations. Through these practices, I am not only finding self-love but also discovering the strength to challenge the  unhelpful narratives of society.

As we weave our unique journeys into the broader tapestry of societal change, each personal victory becomes a ripple effect, contributing to a more compassionate and inclusive world. Our stories, like threads, intertwine, creating a fabric that celebrates the diversity of human experience.

Embracing self-compassion through yoga becomes not only a personal journey but a revolutionary act.
